There are situations where Internet is not available on the computer that BTM-2019 is going to be used. While BTM-2019 is best used on a computer with Internet, it is not a requirement. The installer can be downloaded from any computer that has Internet access, then placed on a device, such as a USB Flash Drive so it can be transported to the computer the program will be used.
To transport the installer:
1.From a computer that has Internet, use your favorite web browser to download the installer. Follow the instructions here.
2.Insert the USB Flash Drive into your computer with Internet.
3.Open the folder that the BTM-2019INSTALLER.EXE file that was saved from your web browser.
4.Copy the BTM-2019INSTALLER.EXE file to the USB Flash Drive.
5.Remove the USB Flash Drive and take to the computer that BTM-2019 will be installed.
6.Insert the USB Flash Drive into the computer that BTM-2019 will be installed.
7.Locate the USB Flash Drive in Windows and locate the BTM-2019INSTALLER.EXE file.
